100 Years of Service - Sorry, currently out of print
The lifeboat in the seaside town of Donaghadee has a long, proud and distinguished history, from the first lifeboat stationed in the town in 1910, the William and Laura, and the famous Sir Samuel Kelly, which went to the aid of the stricken Princess Victoria Larne-Stranraer ferry in 1953 to today's state-of-the-art Saxon.
Donaghadee Lifeboat: 100 years of service is a collection of contemporary logs books detailing the shouts and rescues performed by each of the seven lifeboats over the last century, with personal recollections from author William Lennon.
